1. Definitions

• Platform – the website and mobile applications operated by Ihram App.
• User – any individual or legal entity using the Platform.
• Pilgrim – an individual booking Umrah or Hajj services.
• Company / Operator – a registered tour operator using the Platform.
• Guide / Ustaz – a guide or religious representative registered by an operator.
• Booking – a reservation for a tour or service made through the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• All information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date

3. Platform Role & Disclaimer

3.1 Technology Intermediary

Ihram App acts solely as a technology platform and digital intermediary.

• We do not operate or organize tours
• We do not provide religious rulings or guidance
• We do not guarantee visas, permits, or travel approvals

All tour services are provided directly by independent tour operators.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Security

• Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
• Responsibility for all activities under your account

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide truthful and current information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false, misleading, or incomplete data.

5. Bookings & Payments

5.1 Bookings

• All bookings are subject to availability
• Booking confirmation depends on operator approval or instant confirmation
• A booking is not guaranteed until officially confirmed

5.2 Payments

• Payments are processed via secure third-party providers
• Prices and currencies are determined by operators
• Additional fees may apply depending on payment method

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation and refund policies are set by each operator
• Policies vary by tour and are displayed before booking
• The Platform does not control refund decisions

Any refund disputes must be resolved directly with the tour operator.

7. Operator Responsibilities

Tour operators are solely responsible for:

• Accuracy and completeness of tour information
• Compliance with applicable laws and religious regulations
• Holding valid licenses, permits, and accreditations
• Qualifications of guides and staff
• Proper fulfillment of confirmed bookings

8. Guides & Religious Content Disclaimer

• Guides and Ustazs are provided by tour operators
• Religious guidance reflects individual or institutional interpretation
• The Platform does not guarantee religious accuracy or outcomes

9. Prohibited Activities

• Using the Platform for unlawful purposes
• Uploading false, misleading, or deceptive content
• Bypassing security or access controls
• Interfering with Platform operations
• Harassment, abuse, or fraudulent activity

Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including software, design, logos, text, and interfaces, is the intellectual property of Ihram App or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• You violate these Terms
• Required by law or governmental authorities
• The security or integrity of the Platform is at risk

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ihram App shall not be liable for travel disruptions, visa denials, health issues, or failures of tour operators.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ihram App from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

14. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
